It is a fully funded European scholarship program that allows students to study their desired courses at the postgraduate level (Master’s and doctorate). It does not support apart-timer long-distance learning.

The duration of study for the master’s degree program is 12, 18, or 24 months, depending on the chosen course of study, while the doctorate program lasts for 36 months.
The scholarship is highly competitive, and as such, utmost priority will be given to refugees/asylum seekers, students who are underprivileged and have fewer opportunities, and applicants who did not obtain their previous degree at Arqus University, where they intend to study for masters or doctorate programs.
This scholarship cannot be combined with other EU-funded scholarships, but if you receive any state-sponsored scholarship, you are eligible to apply.

Arqus Talent Scholarship Requirements
You must meet the following requirements before applying for the Arqus Talent Scholarship
- Nationality: This scholarship is open to international students around the world who want to further their education in Europe.
- Admission: You must have applied or been admitted for master’s or doctorate programs at any of the arqus partner universities.
- Academic Grade: You must have a minimum or overall grade of B using the recommended grading system.
- English Proficiency: You must be able to communicate very well in English.
- Current Students: Students who are already studying at any of the Arqus partners are not eligible to apply (second-year to final-year students).
- Public Participation: You must show an active interest in participating in Arqus activities and act as its ambassador. This interest should be clearly stated in your motivation statement.
- Meet University Requirements: You are to meet the requirements and standards set by the arqus partner’s university you intend to study in.

Arqus Talent Scholarship Amount
The following amount and financial benefits will be given to you if you are selected for this scholarship
- Subsistence allowance of 1,400€ per month to cover your living costs, medical insurance, and material allowance.
- Tuition fee coverage at your entrance university for the duration of the scholarship.
- Special needs fund of 250€ per month
