Parents with two children get a 5% discount, those with three children get 10%, those with four children get 15%, and those with five children and above are given a 20% discount. This discount is not automatic; any of the biological parents must apply for it.

If an institution sponsors applicants to continue the postgraduate program, the institution itself will receive a discount based on the number of applicants they are sponsoring.

The sponsoring body/institution gets a 10% discount when sponsoring 5-10 applicants, a 15% discount when sponsoring 10-20 applicants, and a 20% discount when sponsoring more than 20 applicants.

Nile University Scholarship Requirements

The following requirements are needed before applying for this scholarship.

  1. Nationality: This scholarship is only available to Nigerian and international students studying at Nile University in Nigeria 
  2. Academic Certification: You can use either your JAMB or O’ Level Certificate (WAEC or NECO) when applying for the undergraduate scholarship program.
  3. Academic Grade: If your JAMB result score is 320 or above and you obtained 5 A’s in your O’ Level, you are eligible for a 100% scholarship.
  4. CGPA: Your scholarship will be renewed for each new session if you maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
  5. Behavior: You must be a person of good conduct and upright character.

Nile University Scholarship for Undergraduate

Nile Undergraduate scholarship allows students to study their desired undergraduate courses for free or at a discount.

All undergraduate students who scored 320 or above plus 5′ As in the WAEC/NECO exam are entitled to a 100% scholarship offer.

The following discount will be given to you according to your JAMB and O’ Level Result.

This discount is for all undergraduate programs except for law and medicine.

If you are an applicant who has performed outstandingly in sports at the national or professional level, you are eligible for a 100% scholarship for an undergraduate program.

After completing your undergraduate program and wanting to further your study by enrolling in the master’s or PGD program within the same University, you are eligible 50% scholarship discount provided you are a first-class graduate.

Also, Graduates who obtain less than first-class results in their undergraduate program at the University are eligible for a 20% scholarship discount for postgraduate studies.
